PROMOTIONAL CODES & MONEY-OFF VOUCHERS
From time to time Garden Trading will release promotional codes and money-off vouchers (“Codes”) on the website, via email or other marketing channels. These Codes will allow a discount to be applied to your order at www.gardentrading.co.uk or via a phone call to our Customer Services team, as specified on the website, relevant email or marketing communication. To apply the Code at gardentrading.co.uk please enter it where specified during the check-out process. To apply the Code via a call to our Customer Services team, please quote the Code at the start of your call. The discount will then be applied to your order.
Please note that save as expressly stated, Codes are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale items, or to purchase gift cards or e-vouchers. Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion or redeemed against items that have already been purchased, and there is no cash alternative. Codes can only be used once per transaction and are valid for a limited period of time as specified on the website, in the relevant email or marketing communication, and they cannot be used outside of that time period.
If you return any of the products purchased using Codes, you will receive a refund of the discounted price you paid for the returned item. You also agree to provide Garden Trading with a copy of any receipt from the transaction, and the receipts from any subsequent returns, in order to be eligible to receive a cash refund. Where a qualifying spend is noted in relation to the use of a Code, if item(s) purchased using that Code are later returned to us which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, the offer value may be deducted from any refund.
